Miracles needs to be fought for.

I just recently watched the movie "breakthrough" and it really spoke to me. God reminded me one of the greatest miracles He had given me. Just like John in the movie, God gave me another chance to live. Halos nakalimutan ko na yung miracle na ginawa ng Lord sa buhay ko. He reminded me again that there's something great in store for me, His greater purpose.
The question asked by people when John received his miracle, "why him?"
Other people asked why they didn't receive that same miracle from God. And just like John, hindi niya alam kung bakit, at maging ako, hindi ko rin alam. But all I know is, there's a God who has planned everything as beautiful and wonderful as Him. Bakit nga ba ako binuhay ng Diyos? Bakit kami nakasurvive sa accident?
Maybe, somehow, it is because God has a purpose and I am alive because He loves me.
I never got to thank my parents for fighting with me back then. I was too young. I never saw how desperate they were to fight for my life. I never saw their pain. I never saw their tears of fear thinking that they might lose me. Now, all I can see is love, it was all because of love.
"I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?" Jeremiah 32:37
I read something on facebook, it says "binigay na nga ni God ang Anak Niya, what more He can not give?" He can and He will give everything to us. There is nothing too hard and too impossible for Him. If there's one thing I learned after watching the movie, it would be this: Miracles needs to be fought for. You need to fight for your miracles.
